Nel prezzo è compreso: acqua, gas, luce, posto auto scoperto incustodito (previa prenotazione e disponibilità). Su richiesta è possibile avere un posto auto in garage coperto.
I prezzi sono validi per prenotazioni nei mesi di Maggio, Giugno, Settembre, Ottobre per un minimo di 1 settimana e nei mesi di Luglio e Agosto per un minimo di 2 settimane.
Gli appartamenti sono disponibili dalle ore 15 devono essere lasciati liberi entro le ore 10 salvo accordi diversi
Modalità di pagamento: 30% alla prenotazione a titolo di caparra, il restante in contanti all'arrivo.
The price includes : water, gas, electricity, unattended open space carpark (on request and if available), it is possible to request an enclosed parking space.
The prices are valid for bookings during the months of May, June, September and October for a minimum of 1 week and for the months of July and August for a minimum of 2 weeks.
On arrival check-in after 03:00 p.m., on departure check-out before 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
Modality of payment : 30% of the total when you make your booking and the remaining amount in cash on arrival.
